Prime Home Solutions was fantastic from start to finish. Brent was incredibly helpful and communicative every step of the way, and the rest of the team was right there with me too, answering questions and keeping things on track. What really stood out was how well the whole process was coordinated, from the initial consultation through the install, all the way to the final coordination with PG&E. Nothing fell through the cracks and I never had to chase anyone down for updates. I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Highly recommend, five stars!

We were not aware that our solar inverter was malfunctioning until receiving the "True Up" bill. I contacted the original company who installed the system and they were unresponsive and ultimately too outrageous in their repair cost and trip time. After some research, I contacted Prime Home Solutions and they immediately put me on their schedule for diagnostics and repair. They were honest, upfront and transparent, unlike the large company who installed the system. Their repair team immediately identified the problem and made arrangements for the inverter replacement which was under warranty. It was ordered, delivered timely, and their installation Tech Mike was outstanding. I would highly recommend this honest company for any solar repairs.

Brent and his team are excellent at what they do! I've been in real estate and lending for many years and I've seen a lot of shady solar providers. This company is not one of them... Highly recommend to all my clients and the agents that report to me.

I met with multiple solar companies but none of them felt right. Prime Home Solutions and Brent changed all that. Brent met with me several times. I asked him so many questions his head was probably spinning. He went through all the options...multiple times. I'm so thankful I pulled the trigger. We went from $1200-$1500 electric bills in the summer to essentially no electric bill. He referred me to the lender to finance it as well. Since installation almost a year ago, I've reached out to him a few times and he's always been quick to respond. Super knowledgeable, professional, and they provide a great product and service! I would highly recommend Prime Home Solutions to anybody thinking about solar.

I recently had my solar and battery system installed by Prime Home Solutions. I cannot say enough about this company and their owner Brent. First, the solar and battery system are performing flawlessly. Second, I was trying to beat the pre 2026 deadline and Brent came through, delivering on his promises. Last and most importantly, Brent stood by his original quote even when costly changes were required by the county. I am so so impressed by this company. I would refer them to any of my friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Brent and team for your amazing work.

I have a solar system installed by a company that went out of business, but I found a company called Prime Home Solutions. The two solar techs, Emilio, and Mauricio are first class. I called and spoke with the owner Brent Baker and told him my 3 batteries were not producing for almost a year, within 2 hours Mauricio the lead tech was at my home and diagnosed the problem, which would require replacement of my Tesla gateway. Mauricio spoke with Tesla and procured an RMA, and one week later Mauricio and Emilio were here installing it. WA-La-everything now works and I now have reserve power again. I can't tell you enough about what a great company this is. If you are looking for solar install or repair this is definitely a reputable company!

I can't be more pleased with our solar system bought from and installed by Prime Home Solutions. The installation crew were courteous and communicated with me every step of the way. The price of the system was very reasonable and the hardware used the latest technology available. Brent, the owner really knows this business as he has been involved in the Solar industry for decades. I highly recommend Prime Home Solutions to meet your Solar needs.

Prime Home Solutions is the outfit that we ultimately chose to provide and install our solar system. Their pricing was competitive and working with Brent, Adam and Darren made the entire process a breeze. From power consumption evaluation, system design, permitting, installation and after care, Prime Home Solutions provides excellent service. I appreciated the honesty and no pressure sales process to make sure that we got what we needed and wanted without being oversold. Even the change order process was easy when I requested an additional panel and upgraded monitoring. We purchased a system that’s a smidgen more than we need in anticipation of a future EV so we are set up for a plug and play addition. In the meantime, it’s been amazing to only have to pay minimum(non-bypass able) monthly utility connection charges and to get a substantial check yearly for sending excess production back to the grid. (Making the ROI even faster) Thanks Prime Home Solutions. When we are ready to add battery storage, I know who we are calling.
